DCT Gdansk sponsored the Polish Red Cross gala concert
On Tuesday, May the 18th 2010, in the concert hall of the Polish Baltic Frédéric Chopin Philharmonic at Gdansk, an annual charity concert “HELP TO OTHERS” was held.
The concert was organized by the Pomeranian District of the Polish Red Cross at Gdansk. DCT Gdansk terminal was the sponsor of the gala concert. All funds received from sponsors will help the Red Cross in the organization of summer stays in the rehabilitation camps for children with movement disorders, children with disabilities and children from dysfunctional families from the area of the Pomeranian province.
Grazyna Brodzinska and Jacek Wojcicki as stage stars presented a wide repertoire of opera songs. The excellent pianists Konrad Mustylo and Jaroslaw Feldgebel accompanied the opera singers. The concert provided a complete and exceptional impression and was warmly welcomed by the audience.
DCT Gdansk has been nominated for the 2010 “Teraz Polska” Award
We are glad to inform that DCT Gdansk has been nominated for the “Teraz Polska” Award for its services to the container industry.
The Experts Commission, for the twentieth edition of the contest who evaluated various products and services, positively reviewed DCT’s application giving a total of 810 out of 1,000 points. This way DCT Gdansk container terminal appeared amongst 78 companies nominated for the Polish Promotional Award. Services and products entered by 129 companies from all over Poland were competing in this year’s contest.
