Online Rail Requests
Please use this section of our web site to officially notify us of all of your rail requests. Using this section removes the need for you to advise us by email, telephone or fax. In addition to DCT receiving the notification; the instant you press the send button a copy of your request will also be sent to your chosen Rail Company contact person. The message they receive will be identical in every way, apart from it will not contain the security sensitive release PIN’s - working over the internet ensures we are able to react to your needs much quicker, and by having all of your details central we can be certain both of our teams will be working with the most recent information.
Making an online Rail Request is secure, safe, quick and easy. In addition to instructing us about new import and export rail activities you can also use this system to easily amend, update or change a previously given instruction.
