DCT Gdansk will introduce a new “Cargo Control” function

As part of our continuous efforts to improve our service to you, please be informed that effective 4th May 2010, DCT Gdansk will introduce a new “Cargo Control” function. This new function will integrate DCT’s existing Jade support team, and aims to provide you with a single contact point at DCT available 24hours & 7 days, for all your inquiries related to cargo and container handling at any stages of our operations process, and for any issues related our electronic transaction systems (EDI, Jade, Web-services).
